CVIT offers two options for customer support: GotoAssist and Microsoft Teams. If you do not have access to either of these options, please email us. Include your SiteID and a call back phone number. Use of the logos for GotoAssist and Teams is not an endorsement of CVIT by Microsoft or LogMeIn.
GotoAssist is a cloud based service that allows CVIT service engineers to directly connect with your workstation to provide immediate support. When connecting to GotoAssist remember to provid e Full Keyboard and Mouse control for the best results. If a connnection fails to complete, consider using the Teams portal or sending an email.

Microsoft Teams is a meeting application that allows screen sharing, video, audio and chat. This application is accepted by most hospital security teams. When submitting a request for support through this portal, complete the request and then go to year email for the Teams invitation.
