CVIT is an internationally recognized provider of cardiac specific research and technology solutions. At CVIT, the foundation of innovation begins with high quality early research. Our scientists and research professionals provide our partners with insight to stay ahead of the competition. We have supported studies across the entire spectrum of clinical research: from small proof of concept studies to large multi-center, multi-national clinical trials. We are ready to help bring your project to a successful conclusion. Our American College of Radiology accredited facilities support a wide range of instrumentation:

  • Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography: Dual detector systems, SPECT/CT, and high efficiency CZT instrumentation. ECG gated with and without attenuation correction.
  • Positron Emission Tomography: 3D PET/CT (Siemens Biograph) with listmode acquisition and 2D/3D dedicated PET (Siemens ACCEL)  non-listmode. Eight and sixteen frame ECG gated acquisitions modes
  • Cardiac Magnetic Resonance Imaging: 1.5 T Signa HDxt and 3.0 T Discovery 750. Dedicated 7 channel cardiac coil. Cine, dark-blood, tagging,  edema, T2*,  perfusion, 2D phase contrast, 3D, and respiratory navigated sequences.
  • Dedicated Research Staff
  • Good Clinical Practice (GCP) SOPs
